Children in Need
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about a football tournament that is taking place on the 3rd of November. It will take place at Brunts school, Mansfield, UK. Starting time is 11. We are trying to organise face painting and maybe a bouncy castle, they are yet to be confirmed though. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come and watch and help us raise as much money as we can for Children in Need. Hope everybody is enjoying the sunshine, caught a little bit of sun at work the other day. It’s not as warm here as it has been. Would like it a lot warmer!!

Where your money goes.
We have had some people say that our new bag price (effective from June 1st) is a little steep. I am going to split up the cost of the bag so that people can see where the money goes.
£9.50 of the £25.00 is expense cost. That leaves £15.50 profit. If we are lucky we can complete a bag in 10 hours, it usually takes longer, depending on design. Split the £15.50 profit by 10 hours and that is £1.50 an hour. Not many people would work for £1.50 an hour.
The bag is handmade, the felt design is cut out by hand and sewn on by hand. Each bag is bespoke and made to order. We think this is a reasonable price for all of this.

As of from the 1st of June, prices of our bags will be £25.00 P&P will be £4.00 with gift box and £3.00 without a gift box.
£12.00 was an introductory offer that we have had for a year now.

3 New Arrivals!
On the 2nd of May we had 3 of our 4 zebra finch eggs hatch! This is her first ever clutch and both Mum and Dad are doing very well.
We will try to post a picture as soon as they fledge, or maybe a bit before. Don’t want to disturb them at the minute though!
We are very curious as to what colours they will be as dad is pure white and mum is grey with black ‘tear drops’.
The boys have been very interested in watching them grow up. From them raising their heads to their first little chirp!
It’s giving us inspiration for a life cycle picture bag! Oh the possibilities!
